Responsibility

• Supervise daily mechanical operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Review work for quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
• Maintain records of equipment, maintenance, and project progress.
• Ensure tools, machinery, and workspace are organized and safe.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical supervision or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
